Rawa Idli



Rawa Idlis are always Cook Friendly!!!  :-) :-)
Instant and easy...




Ingredients Required:

Rawa - 1cup
Sour Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - Little
Salt - as per taste
Onion -1
Green chilli - 1
Urad and Mustard dal - 1/2 sp each
Curry Leaves - 5
Vegetables - as per preference
( Peas, Carrot are ideal)




Process:

Roast the rawa until they are light golden shade.
Add salt, chopped vegetables and mix well.
Season the mustard, urad dals, green chillies and curry leaves.
Can use ghee or refined oil for seasoning.
Add the seasoned stuff into the rawa mix.
Pour in the curd,
Batter should ot be too thin nor too thick
Should be in medium consistency.
Grease the idli plates and steam the idlis until a fork comes out of the idli clean....

Enjoy the rawa idlis with Smabar or Chutney or even Kadala Curries....
