Short Sandwich Bread


The Sandwich breads are real soft and fresh in aroma ..





Prep Time : 30 minutes
Cook Time : 45 minutes



Requirements :
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Ounce Honey
  • 2 1/3 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 3 1/2 Cups Refined Flour


Method :

In medium sim mode, heat together the butter, milk and honey for 5 minutes.
Into this goes the yeast. Give a nice stir and leave for 10 minutes.
In another wide vessel, add in the flour. Make a well in the centre.
Add in the wet milk portion. Knead well to a super soft smooth dough.


Maximum of 15 to 20 minutes kneading will do proper justice.
Cover with a muslin cloth and allow until the dough doubles in size.


Knead in the dough again on a flat working surface.
Spread the dough into square shape using the palm.
Roll in the dough. 
Tie the top and ends of the dough by pinching.
Grease a loaf pan, and place the dough.


Cover with a muslin cloth and again allow the dough to rest until it doubles in size.


Pre heat the Oven to 200 deg C and bake the dough at 200 deg C for 45 minutes or until the bread is well baked.
