On a cold evening I dint want to prepare the regular sabjis. Given a second thought, decided to make koftas out of the Cauliflower and tune them as thick gravy.

Method :
  • Was the Cauliflower, and allow them to sink in warm water of salt and turmeric mixture, just in case to remove any impurities.
  • Peel the potato and boil it. Mash well once boiled.
  • Grate the cauliflower and in a pan heated with a tsp of Oil, add in the grated cauliflower and cook for 4 -5 mins.

  • Into the mashed potato, add in the cauliflower, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder.
