Adhirasam Recipe


Rice delight!!!!






Ingredients Reqd:

Rice Powder - 2 cup ( Either shop ones or soaked and drained and home - powdered rice )
Elachi Powder - 1 tbsp
Jaggery Powder - 1 and half cup

Process:

Sieve the rice flour thoroughly.
In a thick pan, add jaggery powder and water just to immerse enough the powder.
Keep stirring.
Once all the jaggery gets melted, filter to clear away any impurities.
Pour this jaggery water and elachi powder into the rice flour and make a thick paste dough.




Leave aside for some 5 - 6 hrs.
Make small balls out of the dough paste and flatten them on a greased sheet.
Heat oil and deep fry the flattened pieces...
