Potato chilli gravy






Chinese cooking is always yummy.. With so many sauces they add into the food..

Ingredients Reqd:

Potato - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger & Garlic - Finely chopped
Capsicum - 1
Red chilli sauce - 2sp
Corn flour - 1 sp
Salt as per taste
Ketchup - 1sp

Process:

Slit the potato lengthwise( can use the French Fries Pieces as well)
Fry them in hot oil and drain the oil.




In a pan, saute cubed onions and capsicum.
Add in the ginger and garlic portions as well.
Add in required salt.




Now, pour all the sauces mentioned and toss in the cubed tomatoes also.
Add the fried Potato slices.
Switch of the flame in 5mins.




Before switching off, pour a quarter cup of water mixed with the cornflour..
