Javvarisi Saemiya Payasam


All time favourite payasam for everyone.
Easy to prepare.
Rich & apt serving for guests & kids




Ingredients Required:

Javvarisi - 1/3 cup
Roasted Saemiya - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 and half cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Elachi Powder - 1/3 tsp
Cashew nuts & Almonds & Raisins - 1 tsp each




Process:

In pan, add half cup water and boil the javvarisi until cooked soft.
Keep stirring the javvarisi as they ight get sticked in the pan.
Check the water by adding half more cup water and allow to boil.
Now add in the roasted saemiya and keep stirring.
When the saemiya is cooked finely( each strand should be shown seperately)
Pour in the boiled milk.
Keep stirring,
After 5 to 7 minutes, add in the sugar.
Switch off after 5 more minutes.

In another pan, add 4 tsp ghee
Season the cashew and almonds and raisins.




Top them into the Payasam mix.
