Golden Bag


Yes, the snack shines very much yielding to the title name..
Peas or Aloos or any vegetable goes well along with this golden bag..






All you need is:
Quarter cup boiled peas
Soya Sauce - 1/2 sp
Chat powder - 1/3 tsp
Salt - as per taste
These ingredients are for the filling..

You need to saute the boiled peas along with  he other ingredients mentioned above into a thick paste.
Preferably can smash the peas if required.



Once done with the filling part, allow them to cool.

Meantime, get your hands set on for the covering part.
This demands:
Half Cup Rice Flour & Half cup Sooji - Rawa  ( or )
Half cup Maida & Half cup Sooji - Rawa
Salt - as per taste.

With the help of warm water make a firm dough out of covering ingredients.
You can choose any 1 combination of the flours above as per your preference.
Make small lemon size balls.
Roll them and put a spoonful of the filling paste in the middle and pull the ends of the dough
upwards to make a bag like shape.


 

 




In hot oil, dip these bags and deep fry them until they turn into golden shade.




Ring a squeeze of thin tomato sauce on the top of this bag to make a red twine appearance,
resembling the bag being tied by a red twine.




If you really need some fun, tie out a real red twine..
