Naan-- The Indian Bread


Ingredients Required:

All purpose flour - 1 n half cup       






Milk - quarter cup
Salt - as reqd
Sugar - 1sp
Dry Yeast - 1sp
Butter - 2 sp

Process:

Warm the milk with butter until the butter melts.
Add in the soaked yeast. ( Soak the yeast in warm water for 15 - 20 mins)
Add sugar , salt and the flour.



Knead the dough thoroughly.
Leave to raise for an hr or 2.



Make balls out of the dough.
Spread the balls wide and toast on tawa.
