The sweetened Ragi milk is one of my childhood favorite.. I would say Food :-)
I take for breakfast.. or a lunch... anytime :-)
Ingredients Required :
Ragi Flour - 2 tbsp
Water - as per reqd
Sugar - as per reqd
Milk - 1 cup
Method :
- Start by mixing the ragi flour in enough water to make a fine paste.
- Add little more water and make the mix a watery consistency.
- Switch on the stove, Keep stirring the mixture, else lumps will get accumulated.
- Once the mixture thickens, add Sugar and pour the Milk.
- Keep stirring for 5 more minutes.
Can sip hot / cold.
