This South Indian snack is a perfect crispy munch on a rainy evening or a hot evening coupled with a
beautiful Cardamom Tea
Ingredients Required:
Raw Banana/ Onion/ Potato/ Brinjal - 1 or 2
Besan Flour - half cup
Rice Flour - Quarter cup
Salt - As per taste
Turmeric - a pinch
Chilli Powder - 2 or 3 sp
Process:
Mix all the powder ingredients together with water
The batter should b little more to thin consistency
Dip the slim sliced vegetables in this mix
And fry in hot oil.
