The name is fancied owing to the shape of the pakodas :-)
Ingredients Required:
Rice Flour - 2 and half cup
Besan Flour - 1 cup
Salt - As reqd
Turmeric - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1/4 sp
Perungayam Powder - a pinch
Process:
Mix all the ingredients together by constantly adding in little amount of water.
The dough should be in medium thickness.
Stuff the dough inside the pakoda peel vessel n press as circle patterns inside the hot boiling oil..
Slim and crisp Pakodas in no time..
