Mushroom Pepper Fry

Pretty mushrooms.. Small umbrella shaped button mushrooms are the ones I experiment all time.
And today, tried some quick yum snack for the kids.

Here I would like to share my most successful try of the Kerala Vella Aapam.
Earlier many times I have tried but would enp up with some flaws.
But this time, was really a huge success.
